There’s a party at FLIGHT, and you’re invited!

We can’t wait to host you! We hope you enjoy your visit to our studio, and we’ve assembled a checklist to make sure that you come prepared for a good time! For adult guests:

  • Don’t forget your waiver! While we have paper waivers available at our studio’s front end, taking time before the party to have everyone sign takes away from party time. There are two ways you can sign your waiver ahead of the party and hop right in: print, sign and bring the PDF version here, or create an account with us. Creating an account means you’ll sign our waiver online, and we’ll be able to look you up by name, no paper waiver necessary!

  • Be sure to check with your party host to see what your party theme is! Dressing for pole dancing verses aerial silks or lyra can be very different, and wearing the right clothes can go a long way to making your visit comfortable. Check out our “what to wear” page for all the details on the best way to dress for your party! Our studio has one medium-sized single-occupancy bathroom, so dressing in layers works best for a quick change before your party!

  • Please refrain from alcohol or other prescription or recreational drugs that alter your reaction time, balance or concentration before visiting our studio. If our hosting instructor suspects intoxication, you’ll be benched for your own safety, so save it for after your visit!

  • It’s good to eat a bit before your visit, but avoid heavy foods, as spinning and inverting can be tough on a full stomach.

  • Check out our contact page for directions to our studio! We have plenty of parking on site.
