The PoleStrong Method: Strength & Conditioning for Pole Dancers - 2:00-3:30pm
The PoleStrong Method of Training is Fran’s proprietary training system developed to help pole dancers and pole dance instructors alike learn to build a solid foundation of strength for pole. In this workshop you will learn how to develop and utilize targeted warmups and trick-specific conditioning drills in the PoleStrong Method to get stronger and progress faster in your pole training.injury prevention and pole conditioning. Workout design will also be covered.

PoleStrong Tricks and Transitions - 3:45-5:15PM
Have you ever watched a Body by Fran video and thought “How does she do that”? Well now is your chance to learn from Fran herself! In this workshop you will learn some of the jaw droppingsignature tricks and transitions of Body by Fran Training’s owner, Fran (Frances Ann) Daino. This workshop will cover lever grip tricks, big air drops, shoulder mount planks and floor planches!
This is an intermediate/advanced level class. Prerequisites: solid climb, invert, and beginning shoulder mount practice.

Beginner Dance Trapeze: Foundations & Flow - 2:00-3:30pm
New to dance trapeze or looking to build confidence in the air? This beginner-friendly workshop focuses on moving with awareness, control, and ease while developing good habits. We’ll explore body awareness and spin tolerance so students feel grounded and supported as they learn.
Skill progressions include rolls, cross-back straddle, catchers, beginner drops, and smooth transitions. Expect an inclusive environment that emphasizes technique, flow, and building a strong foundation.
Prerequisites
*No prior dance trapeze experience required
*Comfortable mounting/dismounting a trapeze
*Knee hang, front and back balance, standing on the bar
*Able to hang briefly with control and follow safety cues
*Comfortable working a few feet off the ground
Trapeze & Dance Choreography: From Floor to Air, 4:30-6:30pm
Most contemporary circus acts begin on the floor, and this workshop explores how intentional choices shape movement and style from the very first moment. Using low trapezes, students will investigate the how, what and why with the apparatus, how improvisation can be used as a tool for creating choreography and create choreo
based on lessons in class.
This class focuses on developing a strong movement voice through quality of action,
transitions, and level changes. Working from the floor to low trapeze, mid-level, and into the air, participants will explore how to create their own style and translate it into clear, expressive physical movement. Ideal for students interested in creating original work and performing.
Prerequisites
*Prior aerial experience (trapeze or another apparatus)
*Comfortable working independently on a low trapeze
*Willingness to improvise, be vulnerable on front of peers and explore movement
