That's OK! Our Intro and Open level classes are meant to be challenging, but geared towards absolute beginners. Be sure to check with your doctor to be sure you're ready for physical activity, and to see if you may have limitations to discuss with instructors!
Not a fan of the gym?
Let’s face it, it’s not for everyone. Some people get into healthy exercise habits when they’re fun, engaging, expressive and addictive! Some of our classes will grab you right away and be your latest obsession, others might not be for you; that’s ok! Be sure to try a few classes and be a little adventurous- you may surprise yourself!
Do you have experience in dance, gymnastics, rock-climbing or other activities?
Some of our students come in with fitness or experience levels from other activities, but still benefit greatly from re-applying those skills and strengths in our Beginner and Open Level classes.
Do you have prior experience in Aerial Dance, Pole Dance, Lyra, Belly Dance or another Dance style we offer?
Looking to waive Intro and Open classes for Intermediate or Explorer level classes? Because we want you to have a really positive and safe class experience, we ask that you consult with the instructor to review your experience and find the right class for you!
HOW DOES FLIGHT WORK?
Flight offers one-time class purchases if you like to come once in a while or just to try us out, as well as monthly and multi-class passes that save you money on each class! We do not have mandatory class sessions, though we offer workshops on occasion that may be multi-session.
Classes are broken into levels: Beginner Level 101 and 201 for beginners and experienced beginners, Open Level for students of all experience levels, and Intermediate level for experienced students. Each intermediate class has it's own prerequisite skills.
Just create your account with us (we never share your information) and start exploring awesome new ways to get your body moving! Spots are limited, and classes fill quickly, so register for your classes ahead of time!
Because there are limited spaces available in each class, we cannot offer refunds on cancellations later than 12 hours prior to class. Students will be alerted to class cancellations via Pike13, and students will be refunded/credited. Occassional cancellations occur due to weather or unforseeable events for our instructors.

Class credits are not transferable to other students, and expire in 3 months.
